Return & Refund Period

You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for approval.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened, used, damaged items, or returns requested after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (such as a wrong or damaged item sent).
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products (Exchanges)

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team.
  • Securely ship the product back as instructed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once received and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the local region:

  • The same 7-day return policy applies.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return policy will apply.
